Sora Pap provides a content scheduling and publishing platform that allows creators to plan, schedule, and publish short-form video content to third-party social media platforms including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. The Service enables creators to manage their content calendar and automate the publishing workflow.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Upload or publish content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law
• Violate the terms of service of any third-party platform (including TikTok) connected to the Service

5. Third-Party Platform Connections

The Service allows you to connect and publish content to third-party social media platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or policies of any third-party platform.

When you connect your TikTok account to the Service, we access only the permissions necessary to publish content on your behalf, in accordance with TikTok's Content Posting API terms.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the content you upload and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sora Pap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
